Q. How quickly will I receive my order?
Note: Candle Orders Take 1 Extra Day in Plant before shipping and items that require assembly (such as ribbon tying and chocolate bar assembly) take 2 extra days before shipping.
Q. What will it cost to ship my order?
A. We offer four domestic shipping methods (excludes HI, AK, and PR) and 1 international shipping option (2 for Canadian customers).
- Ground — $9.95 for Orders under $50, $10.95 for Orders $51 - $100 and $11.95 for Orders $101 or over : 5 - 7 days (estimated)
- UPS 3-Day — $14.95: 3 Business Days Guaranteed (No weekend deliveries)
- UPS 2 Day Air — $19.95: 2 Business Days Guaranteed (No weekend deliveries)
- UPS Standard Overnight — $29.95: Next Business Day Guaranteed (No weekend deliveries)
- UPS Worldwide Expedited — The cost of this service depends on the order total. Note: Additional Customs Duties may be incurred.
Q. Are envelopes included in my order?
A. Yes, each order of cards/magnets does include Blank White Envelopes.
Q. Is there a Minimum Order Quantity?
A. Yes! For invitations/announcements the minimum order is 20 cards.
Q. Once I place my order, can I track it?
A. Yes. All UPS shipments have an official Tracking Number. You will receive a Tracking Number via email either from us once your order ships. For US Priority Mail Orders, a Delivery Confirmation number will be emailed to you. US Priority Mail only provides delivery information after a package has been delivered, not while the package is enroute.
Q. Can I see a sample of the text that will appear on my items before they are printed?
A. Yes you can. The information that you entered on our Order Form contains all of the text that will be printed on your cards. You will receive a copy of the text with your Confirmation Email. Using our "Preview Wizard", you will also be able to view a Preview of your item immediately after you have entered your personalized information (before you submit your order).
Q. If I cannot design the card (or do not want to), is there any way for Storkie Express to typeset my order and provide me with a Proof(s)?
A. We do offer free proofs. By requesting a proof, you understand that your order will not print and ship until we have your approval of the proofs. We will inform you via email once your proof(s) are ready.
Q. I received a Confirmation email, but is the Proof supposed to be attached?
A. No, confirmation emails are sent to verify that we have received your order and provide you with a copy of the text and image for your item(s). A separate email will be sent informing you of the availability of the Proof(s) in your Storkie Express account.
Q. Can I write anything I want on my items?
A. Sure! Although we recommend the sample wording on our website, you can choose to have anything printed.
Q. Can I receive samples?
A. Yes you can. Samples can be requested by visiting the Product Details page for the item that you are interested in. Simply click on the "Request A Sample" button. Samples are $3 each. However, if you return to place an order for a sample that you have requested in the past, we will credit you the original $3 towards the order. Don't forget to enter the Coupon Code that you were provided with when you first requested the sample(s).
Q. Can I receive my envelopes in advance?
The fee for Envelopes in Advance is $10. After your baby is born, we'll ship your order the next business day if we receive your information by 12 Noon EST. After 12 Noon EST, your order will ship two business days later. (Note: Assembled orders add 2 days).
Q. What if I don't know the sex of my baby?
Note: Our Re-Order minimum is 20.
Q. What does the Cost of each Card include?
A. Pricing includes ink color, typesetting and printing, along with Blank Envelopes.
Q. Do I have a choice of payment methods?
A. You may pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express on-line, or you may mail us a Money Order or Cashier's Check. Prior to mailing a Money Order or Cashier's Check we recommend that you call our office (1-800-771-7867) to ensure that you are sending us the correct amount.
Q. Do you offer a Catalog?
A. At this time we do not offer a printed catalog. The best place to view our complete selection at the lowest price is our website - www.storkie.com.
Q. I placed my order but never received a confirmation email?
Q. After reviewing my Order Confirmation I see some errors, how do I get you the correct information?
A. Please do not place another order! To see if it is possible to make a change, please call us immediately at 1-800-771-7867. Due to the fast printing and shipping of all of our orders, we cannot guarantee that a change can be made.
Q. I just placed an order for photo cards, how do I send you my photo?
A. We prefer that you email us your photo - (as a .jpg, .gif, .tiff or .bmp) to photo@storkie.com . If possible, try to send us your best quality picture (above 72 dpi, and preferably taken with a 2 megapixel camera or higher). Please note that we may resize your photo to fit the appropriate size for the invitation/announcement.
Very important: Professional photographs remain the property of the photographer who took the picture. If you are using a professional photograph, it is your responsibility to make sure you have permission from the photographer for your photo to be reproduced.
