Customer Errors/Changes reported to Storkie Express after an Order has been received by Storkie, will incur a $15 Change Charge (if the Item has not been printed). If the Item has been printed, please call us to discuss the charges for reprinting the Item in question.
Storkie Express is not responsible for how colors or designs appear on an individual customer's screen. Monitors do vary with regard to color; therefore, if there is any question regarding color(s) or design - Storkie recommends ordering a Sample of that Card prior to placing an Order.
Orders can only be Cancelled if they have not been printed (and we do print quickly!). Orders received (but not yet printed) can be Cancelled; however, the Order will incurr a $25.00 "Order Cancellation Charge". The $25.00 "Order Cancellation Charge" will be deducted from the Amount credited back to the Credit Card that was originally billed.
Storkie Express strongly encourages it's customers to check their Order when it is delivered. Problems with Orders will only be addressed by Storkie Express if Storkie Express is notified of the Order Issue/Problem within 7 days of when the Order is delivered. Storkie Express will not be responsible for issues/problems if they are reported more than 1 week after the Order is delivered.
